IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Check-in between 3pm and 10pm, check-out before 11am.
• It'a possible to leave your luggage before 3pm (arrival day) and after 11am (departure day).
• For hygienic and security reasons, "Viva Paris" is non-smoking and does not accept animals. 
• A 30% down payment has to be paid when the booking is confirmed (Paypal / wire transfers and French checks in euros). In the event of cancellation by the guest or no-show, the guest forfeits the whole of the down payment paid.
• The balance has to be paid upon arrival, when keys are handed over. The guest is also asked to show his passport to comply with French law.
